As CEO of Menlo Resources, Ena works very closely with her clients on their marketing automation and marketing analytics projects. Besides having a deep knowledge of Marketo, Ena understands demand generation processes from her experience as a former VP of Strategy and Business Development of a human capital management software company. Ena has also served as Chief Operating Officer of a 500 person technology consulting firm and spent six years at The Boston Consulting Group, a premier business strategy consulting firm. Ena holds an MBA with Dean's honors from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and a Bachelors in Management Science from the University of Ottawa, Canada.
